Kapurthala miscreant arrested for fraud, conspiracy
PHAGWARA: The Nakodar City police have arrested a miscreant on the charges of fraud and criminal conspiracy.
Investigating Officer (IO) Rajindar Singh said that the accused has been identified as Joga Singh a resident of Mohalla Santpura Kapurthala.
Nakodar sub divisional magistrate forwarded a report of Nakodar tehsildar to the police which said the accused and his accomplice Manjit Singh Gill a resident of Agwarr Kamboj village under Dharam Kot police station Moga registered a sale deed by attaching fake documents.
IO said Joga Singh was registered during investigation with a vehicle and a case under sections 318(4)) (cheating and dishonestly inducing delivery of property))336(2) 337,336(3) 338 340(2) (fraud) and 61(2) (criminal conspiracy of ) the BNS has been registered against both accused after an inquiry and raids are being conducted to arrest the absconding accused
