CHANDIGARH: The policies of Indian Prime Minister Narendra Modi were also appreciated in Almaty, Kazakhstan. Representatives of social organizations from different countries of the world gathered here to discuss global issues. On this occasion, there was talk about the social work of their respective countries, efforts for world peace and exchange of cultures. Representatives from countries like India, China, Japan, Philippines, Russia, Ukraine, Kyrgyzstan participated in the five-day Global Conference-2024.
On the other hand, Puneet Singh Chauhan, a member of Hindu United Parivar and Managing Director of Six Sigma Consultant from Australia, gave a virtual message. He said that Kazakhstan's relationship with India was more than three thousand years old. Trade has been taking place regularly for centuries. He said that India was one of the first countries to recognize the independence of Kazakhstan. He was happy that the work being done by the current government of India has also been appreciated through this conference.
Sanjeev Rana, the national convener of Ek Brick Shaheed Ke Naam Abhiyan, said that the purpose of such conferences was to exchange ideas, thoughts and philosophy. In this way, both countries find similarities in food, language, dress and culture. According to Rana, he felt happy after coming here that apart from religion and culture, people here were also fully aware of the political activities in India and its region and people were very attracted towards the Prime Minister of the country Narendra Modi. The way people here made a proclamation by taking Modi's name was a matter of pride for India.
