Kapurthala administration registers 351 mutation cases in a single day

PHAGWARA: In a major achievement, the district kapurthala administration registered 351 mutation cases in a single day under second special camps organized at all Tehsils and sub-tehsils on Monday.

Deputy commissioner Captain Karnail Singh informed that the concrete efforts and cooperation from people have made the camps a great success as 351 mutations were resolved received in six camps in the district.

Besides the Deputy Commissioner also asked the officials to visit the villages/mohallas on a particular day every week to settle the mutation cases, especially where concerned parties have mutual consent.
Across the district, Tehsildars Phagwara made a maximum of 213 mutation cases ,while 42 in Bholath,35 in Sultanpur Lodhi,29 in Talwandi Chaudharian,20 in Kapurthala,12 in Dhilwan
Terming is a giant step towards the service delivery to people in a hassle-free manner,Sub Division Magistrate Phagwara Jashanjeet Singh who himself inspected the camp at Phagwara told this correspondent here on Monday Evening that 900 cases of mutations were initiated by patwaris in Phagwara,while 181 cases were verified by Kanungos today.SDM said in the end Circle Revenue Officers Baljinder Singh and Mandip Singh sanctioned total 213 mutation cases in Phagwara on Monday.
