Jatinder Garg elected new President of PSEB Engineers Association

PATIALA: Jatinder Garg ASE, PSPCL Patiala was elected President of PSEB Engineers Association in the executive meeting held today at Patiala.He was earlier Sr. Vice President of Association.He will be discharging his duties till the present term of executive expires.
He was recently transferred out of Patiala due to political pressure and his association-related activities. This transfer was widely condemned by engineers. Er. Garg is also active in the Joint Action Committee of Power Sector Engineers, Employees, and Pensioners.
The Executive Committee expressed confidence that under his leadership, he will continue to work with greater unity and determination for the welfare of engineers and the safeguarding of the power sector of Punjab.
Garg said that the state power sector is going through a very challenging time, so being stakeholders, it is our primary duty to defend the sector from nefarious elements. Unity and solidarity amongst engineers gives strength to the Association to fight for the right cause.
