Digital Media Association expresses grief over demise of seniir journalist V.P.Parbhakar

CHANDIGARH:  The Digital Media Association, Punjab today expressed grief over the demise of senior journalist and former Bureau Chief of The Tribune Mr.VP.Parbhakar. He was 88 years old and one of the most respected media personality of the region.

Sainder Bains Chairman and Devinderjeet Singh Darshi President along with members of the Digital members Association paid tributes to Mr.Parnhakar at the Se ctor 25 cremation ground here and conveyed condolences to the grieved family. The people of Punjab and the media fraternity will always remember Mr.Parbhakar as an upright and kind human being besides a journalist who always followed the voice of conscience and stood for the cause of common people.

The Senior Journalists Forume members led by Jagtar Sidhu and Saurabh Duggal President of Press Club Chandigarh also paid tributes ot Mr. Parbhakar and laid wreath on the body of veteran journalist.

Satinder Bains Editor of Punjab News Express and large number of local journalists and admirers and friends of Mr.Parbhakar including former DPRO Mr.Ujjagar Singh, Baljit Balli, Devinder Singh Kohli, Naveen Grewal, A.S.Prashar, Devinderpal Singh and Rajiv Kaplish.
