Woman booked for selling illicit liquor
NAKODAR: The Mehatpur Police has booked a woman on the charge of selling illicit country made liquor.
NAKODAR: The Mehatpur Police has booked a woman on the charge of selling illicit country made liquor.The investigating officer (1O) Sarabjit Singh said that 9 bottles of illicit liquor were seized from the possession of the accused identified as Ramanpreet Kaur a resident of Khuram Pur colony, Mehat Pur who managed to flee from the spot .
SHO said that cases under sections 61/1/14 of the Punjab Excise Act has been registered against the accused.
