PATIALA: Tarsem Mangla has assumed the charge of District and Sessions Judge Patiala. On the arrival at Distric Court Complex Mangla welcomed by all the judicial officers and advocates of District Bar Association.
Tarsem Mangla transferred from Fazilka after completion of his tenure at Fazilka. He was accompanied by his wife Smt Sonika Mangla. Tarsem Mangla also remained as Registrar Computerisation at Punjab and Haryana High Court.
