Iranian embassy slams Trump for calling Pope Leo XIV ‘weak’

ACCRA: The Iran Embassy in Ghana on Monday criticised US President Donald Trump for calling Pope Leo XIV "weak"" after he prayed for peace.

In a post on X, the embassy mentioned that Trump paid hush money to a porn star while his wife was pregnant and got convicted for it.

"The Pope prayed for peace. Trump tonight called him 'WEAK' and said: 'I don't want a Pope who criticizes me!'. Let the record show who this man is: He went to Epstein's island consistently FOR YEARS! He paid hush money to a porn star while his wife was pregnant — and got convicted for it. 34 felonies. His missile hit a school full of innocent children in Minab. 168 dead," the Iran Embassy in Ghana posted on X.

"Six months ago, he said with his own mouth: "I'M NOT HEAVEN-BOUND" (the only honest sentence he's ever said). The Pope lit a candle for your DARK soul. But there are 168 little girls at heaven's gate who got there before you. BECAUSE OF YOU! They'll be the jury. And they remember your name. THE HELL AWAITS YOU, DON," it added.
