First arrest in case of murder of Parjian Khurd village resident
PHAGWARA: The Shahkot police have arrested a villager on charges of murder and conspiracy. Station House Officer (SHO) Aman Saini said that the accused has been identified as Sarabjit alias Saabi a resident of Parjian Khurd village.
PHAGWARA: The Shahkot police have arrested a villager on charges of murder and conspiracy. Station House Officer (SHO) Aman Saini said that the accused has been identified as Sarabjit alias Saabi a resident of Parjian Khurd village.
SHO said that the accused along with his three accomplices had murdered Lakhvir Singh, a resident of Parjian Khurd village on June 30.
SHO said that a case under sections 302(murder) 120-B (criminal conspiracy) and 34(committing crime with common intention) of the Indian Penal Code was registered against the accused. and three others including his mother and brother who are absconding.
