Baba Bakala court orders Punjab Police to arrest AAP MLA Dalbir Singh Tong and present in the court
AMRITSAR: The court of Judicial Magisgtrate Ist class Baba Bakala has issued arrest warrants against AAP MLA Dalbir Singh Tong in a case, he was no appearing despite repeated summons.

The court of CJM Bikramdeep Singh has ordered the SHO Beas to arrest the MLA and present him in the court on next date of hearing on February 17. The court has taken the notice of accused MLA not appearing in the court but he was present in the Baba Bakala Republic Day celebrations as chief guest. He said that it was negligence of Police The court has observed that SHO Beas will be personally responsible for not arresting the MLA.
