MUMBAI: Alia Bhatt’s doting mother, Soni Razdan, took to social media to share their cherished travel memories from the actress’ childhood days.
On Friday, Mahesh Bhatt’s wife took to her Instagram handle and shared a series of photos featuring her and Alia from their vacations. Sharing the photos, Soni wrote in the caption, “Throwback to the travel memories Alia and I share. In the first candid image, a young Alia is seen striking a pose in front of the camera. Revisiting this particular moment, Soni Razdan wrote on the photo, “Looking back at our memories. This picture melts my heart…this is the moment Aloo realised she was travelling abroad for the first time.” (sic)
The text on the second image, featuring the mother-daughter duo, read, “In this moment, while Aloo and the girls were living their best vacation lives I was secretly panicking over the missing return tickets.” (sic)
The third image shows Soni Razdan holding little Alia in her arms. Revisiting this memory, she wrote, “Aloo started crying right after this image was clicked because she couldn’t bring her pet to the hotel...” (sic)
The caption of the next photo says, “On this one trip she had no idea how far I walked carrying her back to our hotel after our car broke down and I could not find a cab.” (sic)
Soni Razdan also shared a sweet video of a travel advertisement featuring Alia and Ranveer Singh. For the caption she wrote, “This beautiful film by Alia and Ranveer took me back to my early traveling days. So, heartwarming to see how far India’s tourism scene has evolved in the last 25 years.” (sic)
Notably, Alia is very close to her mother, Soni Razdan, and they often spend quality time together by heading to beautiful destinations.
On the professional front, the 32-year-old actress will next be seen in Sanjay Leela Bhansali’s upcoming film “Love and War” alongside her husband, Ranbir Kapoor, and Vicky Kaushal.
This marks Alia's second collaboration with Bhansali, following their successful partnership in the 2022 drama “Gangubai Kathiawadi.”
“Love and War” also reunites Bhatt with Vicky Kaushal for the second time onscreen, after their 2018 spy thriller “Raazi.”
