One week Executive Development Valedictory Program at RCED concludes successful

CHANDIGARH: The Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED) marked the culmination of a one-week Executive Development Program, conducted in a hybrid mode. Under the guidance of Dr. R.K. Gupta, Vice Chancellor of Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi, the program emerged as a pivotal undertaking for the growth and professional development of the faculty.

Dr. R.K. Gupta, Mr. Paramjit Singh, Director of RCED, Mr. Vijay Arora, General Manager of RCED, were the distinguished guest. The Valedictory Program, held at RCED, showcased the collective efforts in advancing the faculty knowledge and expertise. Maharaja Agrasen University, Baddi in collaboration with Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED) concludes a transformative professional development series featuring distinguished educators. Dr Shweta Sharma, imparted invaluable insights into interpersonal skills, while Dr. Dharamveer, shared expertise in Efficient Resource Management. Dr. Harvinder Singh, explored AI's impact on Organizational Effectiveness. Stress Management was adeptly addressed by Dr. Prianaka Sharma, and Critical Thinking by Dr. Pardeep Singh Walia. Dr. A.K. Vashisht, delved into Emotional Intelligence. Conflict Management strategies were elucidated by Mr. C.S. Punit Abrol.

Special appreciation to Dr. Sangeeta for her exceptional role in conducting and coordinating these enriching sessions. A total of 26 professionals from RCED actively participated in the program, where they delved into diverse aspects of soft skills. The highlight of the event was the distribution of certificates to the faculty members, acknowledging their successful completion of the program. The objective of the Executive Development Program is to reinforce RCED's dedication to promoting ongoing learning and skill enhancement within its faculty. Dr. R.K.
