CHANDIGARH: Punjab Sports and Youth Services Minister Rana Gurmit Singh Sodhi, on Tuesday, termed the action taken by Shimla Police to arrest the youngsters of Punjab who were peacefully raising their voices in favour of agitating farmers as an attack on their constitutional rights and democratic fabric of the country. He said that the arrest was made at the behest of BJP Chief Minister Jai Ram Thakur, who wants to appease their political bosses.
