Class 10 student jumps to death from school building in Hyderabad
HYDERABAD: A Class 10 girl student jumped to her death from the fifth floor of a school building in Hyderabad on Tuesday.
The incident occurred at a private school in the city's Habsiguda area.
The 15-year-old was reportedly upset after her parents admonished her over poor academic performance.
Police rushed to the spot and shifted the body to Gandhi Hospital, Secunderabad, for a post-mortem examination.
A case was registered and an investigation launched.
This is the second incident of suicide by school students in Telangana.
