DHARAMSALA: Shalini Agnihotri S P informed that Kangra Police achieved a significant breakthrough in their war against drugs with the arrest of Brijesh Kumar, alias Mamu, one of the most notorious drug dealers in the region. Mamu, already implicated in eight cases under the NDPS (Narcotic Drugs and Psychotropic Substances) Act, was apprehended with 11.96 grams of heroin.
She added that In a simultaneous operation, police also arrested Rahul, alias Roli, a drug addict and peddler known to supply heroin to users in Kangra and Nagrota Bagwan. Rahul has three prior cases under the NDPS Act.
