AMRITSAR: uru Nanak Dev University won the first runners-up trophy of 38th Inter University National Youth Festival 2024-25, held at Amity University, Noida, Uttar Pradesh. This prestigious event, organized under the banner of the Association of Indian Universities (AIU), witnessed participation from over 2500 students across 148 universities in India, showcasing exceptional talent in various cultural disciplines. Vice-Chancellor Prof. (Dr.) Karamjeet Singh congratulated the student-artists, team leaders, principals of colleges and others for the achievement.

He said that the remarkable achievements of thw University have been met with widespread appreciation from the university administration, including Prof. (Dr.) Palwinder Singh, Dean of Academic Affairs; Prof. (Dr.) Karanjeet Singh Kahlon, Registrar; Prof. (Dr.) Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi, Dean of Student Welfare; as well as faculty members and principals from APJ College of Fine Arts, Khalsa College, Amritsar, Lyallpur Khalsa College, Jalandhar, and BBK DAV College for Women, Amritsar.
