KAITHAL: The newly elected executive of the District Bar Association has took charge today. In this regard, a swearing -in ceremony was organized in the bar campus. Sessions Judge Ritu YK Bahl attended the ceremony as the chief guest while presided over by the newly appointed head Sandeep Sharma.
ADJ Dr. Nandita Kaushik, Anupamish Modi, Vivek Yadav, Amit Garg, Principal Judge Family Court Devendra Singh, ACJM Dr Amanindra Singh, CJM Vinod Kumar, Ritu Secretary DLSA, JMIC Rekha Chaudhary, Sandeep Kaur, Ankita Mahajan, Tusshar Sharma, Prince Kumar, Public Utility Chairman Bhupandra Nath, Trainee Judge Madhav Mittal, Jasamin, Sakshi Mangi, Gunjan Thakur were also present. First, Baljinder Singh Malik, the head of the previous executive, welcomed the judges. He also congratulated the new executive. In his address, Malik said that his tenure was much better in which there was a better coordination between the bar and the bench. He also put the achievements of his tenure in front of the house. He hoped that the new executive will also do a great job and will maintain the bar bench relations cordial.
After this, former head Baljindra Malik, vice president Vinay Garg, Secretary Gaurav Wadhwa, Co -Secretary Suman Thakur Treasurer Indrajit Matta handed over the keys to newly appointed head Sandeep Sharma, vice president Hemraj Wadhwa, Secretary Sachin Singhal, co -secretary Amit Rohila and Treasurer Dinesh Bhatia. Newly appointed head Sandeep Sharma thanked the previous executive and all the lawyers.
New chambers will be constructed soon: Sandeep Sharma
Sandeep Sharma said that he will work for the betterment of lawyers. He mentioned that there is a huge shortage of chambers for the lawyers here. For this, they will try and start construction work during their tenure. Two days ago, he met Chief Minister Naib Saini in Chandigarh about this. Naib Saini has assured him that new chambers in Kaithal will be constructed soon. All judges were honoured by the new executive. Sessions Judge Ritu YK Bahl said that Kaithal's bar is one of the finest bars of Haryana and judges had a very good synergy with the previous executive. Similarly, cordiality with the new executive, will continue .
