12839 cases settled in National Lok Adalat

KAITHAL: As per the instructions of Haryana State Legal Services Authority and District Legal Services Authority Kaithal, Chairman and District and Sessions Judge Ritu Y.k Behal Rashtriya Lok Adalat was organized in the Judicial Complex on Saturday under the supervision of session Judge. people were inspired to take advantage of Lok Adalat by settling as many cases as possible in Lok Adalat.

District Legal Services Authority Secretary and Chief Judicial Magistrate Ritu said that a total of 17022 pending cases were kept in this National Lok Adalat, out of which 12839 cases were disposed of. Various criminal, NI Act, bank recovery, motor vehicle, labor related dispute cases, revenue cases and other cases amounting to a total of Rs 13 crore 38 lakh 82 thousand 161 have been settled through this National Lok Adalat.
