CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Charanjit Singh Channi has fnally decided the names of his cabinet and he me the Governor Banwarilal Purohit to submit the list of ministers. Governor has fixed time of 4.30 PM on September 26 (Sunday) to aminsiter oath of office to new ministers.
Seven new faces will be inducted in the cabinet and former Punjab Minister Rana Gurjit Singh is all set to make a comeback. He had resigned from cabinet after his name figured in the sand mining scandle.
Besides Rana Gurjit Singh, Dr Raj Kumar Verka, Gurkirat Kotli, Amarinder Singh Raja warring, sangat Singh Giljian, Kaka Randeep Singh, Pargat Singh and Kuljit Singh Nagra will be inducted in the Cabinet along with old timers Tript Rajinder Bajwa, Aruna Chaudhary, Razia Sultana, Manpreet Singh Badal, Bharat Bhushan Ashu, Vijendra Singla and Sukhbinder Singh Sukhsarkaria.
Those dropped from the cabinet are Balbir Singh Sidhu, Gurpreet Singh Kangar, Rana Gurjit Singh Sodhi, Sunder Sham Arora and Sadhu Singh Dharamsot.
