Gurdwara Election Commission extends last date of the time to become a voter till October 31

AMRITSAR: The Gurdwara Election Commission has announced the last extension of the time to become a voter till October 31. Gurdwara Election Commission Retired Justice S. S. Saron has released the full program for Gurdwara elections in the issued letter.

According to the letter, the last date for becoming a voter for Gurdwara elections is scheduled for 31 October 2024. The first printing of voter lists will be done from November 4 to November 13. On November 14, the voter lists will be kept in the Deputy Commissioner's office. Objections can be filed on these lists till December 4.

The last revision of voter lists will be done on December 16. Final printing of voter lists will be done on January 3, 2025.
The entire program has been released to the Deputy Commissioner offices. According to the information, the Gurdwara Election Commission has so far given an opportunity to become a voter 4 times till 29 February 2024, 30 April 2024, 31 July 2024 and 16 September 2024.
