CHANDIGARH: Punjab Vidhan Sabha Speaker S. Kultar Singh Sandhwan has expressed deep grief over the demise of S. Harvinder Singh Hanspal.
In a press release issued today, the Speaker paid tributes to Hanspal, highlighting his remarkable contributions. Hanspal, 86, represented Punjab in the Rajya Sabha from 1980-1992 and served as President of the Namdhari Darbar International Organization since 1970.
The Speaker praised Hanspal's services to society as a leader, saying he will always be remembered for his dedication.
Sandhwan prayed for eternal rest for Hanspal's soul and strength for his family during this need of hour.
