PSEB 10th Merit Holders students of Khalsa School Honoured

AMRITSAR : All the merit holder students of Khalsa College Senior Secondary School including Anmol Singh who stood third in the district by security 97.23 per cent marks in the 10th class examination of Punjab State Education Board (PSEB) were today honoured by the Khalsa College Governing Council honourary secretary Rajinder Mohan Singh Chhina here today.
The results of the school had been marvelous, said school Principal Nirmal Singh Bhangu. He said their student Gurpreet Singh got 95.38 per cent, Babanpreet Singh got 94.46 per cent while Arshapreet Singh got 92.92 per cent marks in the examination, the results of which were declared here today. Chhina congratulated the winners and said that the fee of all the students who bagged above 90 per cent marks would waived off.
Bhangu said that in total 212 students of the school took part in the examination and 148 students got more than 70 per cent marks. He said Anmol who is third in the whole of the district wanted to join the Army to serve the nation and belongs to a poor family but had been a hard working and dedicated students who had been merit holder throughout his school.
