CHANDIGARH: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has announced the results of B.Sc. (General) Third Year Examination, April, 2016, B.Com. Third Year (Honours) Examination April, 2016 andB.Sc. (Hons) (Bio-Technology) Part-III, April, 2016.

PU Spokesperson informed that 86.05% percent students have passed the B.Sc. (General) Third Year Examination. As many as 6,274 students had appeared for B.Sc. (General) Third Year Examination and 5,399 have passed. 168 students failed while 666 students have got
compartments.

Daljit Kaur from Swami Permanand Mahavidyalaya, Mukerian (Hsp) has topped with 1872/2000 marks. Sukhwinder Singh from J.C.D.A.V. College, Dasuya (Hoshiarpur) and Ishu Juneja from Govt. College for Girls, Ludhiana respectively have secured the second and third positions in B.Sc. (General) Third Year Examination with 1858/2000 and 1838/2000 marks.

PU Spokesperson also informed that 91.77% percent students have passed the B.Com. Third Year (Honours) Examination. As many as 1,773 students had appeared for B. B.Com. Third Year (Honours) Examination and 1,627 have passed while 75 students failed.

PU Spokesperson also informed that 99.55% percent students have passed the B.Sc. (Hons) (Bio-Technology) Part-III. As many as 221 students had appeared for B.Sc. (Hons) (Bio-Technology) Part-III and 220 have passed.
