Prajnesh upsets second seed Taro Daniel
CHANDIGARH: Indian Prajnesh Gunneswaran posted a hard-fought 6-7 (2), 7-6 (5), 6-2 against second seed Japanese Taro Daniel in the singes first round match in the $ 52,080 Charlottesville Men"s Pro Challenger, USA. The thrilling marathon match lasted two hours and 35 minutes.
Prajnesh, ranked 184th, fired seven aces and committed three double faults. He won 77 percent points on his first serve and 56 on second serve. He kept 65 percent his first serve in.
Taro Danie, ranked 125th won 59 points on his first serve and 64 percent points on second serve. He served four aces and committed same number of double faults.
