Under trial review committee chaired by sessions judge under takes 16 cases

PATIALA: A meeting of Under Trial Review Committee, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala was held under the supervision of Mr Rajinder Aggarwal, District & Sessions Judge-cum- Chairman, District Legal Services Authority,Patiala, today.

Divulging the details, Mr. Rajinder Aggarwal said that this meeting was convened as per the directions of High Power Committee under the Chairmanship of Hon'ble Mr. Justice Ajay Tewari, Judge Punjab & Haryana High Court-cum- Executive Chairman, Punjab State Legal Services Authority, SAS Nagar. Today a total of 16 cases were under taken and given requisite recommendations, said Mr Aggarwal.

Meeting was attended by Kumar Amit, Deputy Commissioner, Patiala and Sandeep Garg, SSP, Patiala besides judicial officers, Amit Malhan, CJM, Patiala, Ms Parminder Kaur, CJM-cum- Secretary, District Legal Services Authority, Patiala.
