Punjab CM announces Rs.3000 relief to each registered construction worker in state
CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today in a major decision to help poor sections of society has announced an immediate relief of Rs. 3000 for every registered construction worker in the State to help.them tide over the slowdown in work opportunities.
CHANDIGARH: Punjab Chief Minister Capt Amarinder Singh today in a major decision to help poor sections of society has announced an immediate relief of Rs. 3000 for every registered construction worker in the State to help.them tide over the slowdown in work opportunities.
On orders of Capt Amarinder Singh, the Department of Social Security has released Rs. 296 Cr for old age and other social security pensions. Funds have been credited into the accounts of the beneficiaries today.
