E-Auction of GMADA sites from September 14
CHANDIGARH:The Punjab Government has provided an opportunity to the people to purchase property in SAS Nagar. The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of 75 sites for IT industrial plots, commercial and institutional sites, chunk sites and group housing site at SAS Nagar. The e-auction would be started at 9 am on September 14 and would end at 1 pm on September 27, 2021.

The Greater Mohali Area Development Authority (GMADA) is conducting e-auction of 75 sites for IT industrial plots, commercial and institutional sites, chunk sites and group housing site at SAS Nagar. The e-auction would be started at 9 am on September 14 and would end at 1 pm on September 27, 2021.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson said that 25 booths & 36 SCO/ SCF, 4 IT industrial plots, 1 Group Housing site, 6 chunk sites and 3 institutional sites are available in the e-auction. The GMADA has fixed the base price of these properties and for more information interested persons can visit the official website https://puda.e-auctions.in.
