SGPC members should keep an eye on place where saroop of Guru Granth Sahib placed

AMRITSAR: Mr Karnail  Singh Peermohammad  Patran  of All  India  Sikh Students  Federation has  suggested  that  the
Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee should advise the members who had recommended the delivery of Guru Granth Sahib to keep an eye on the places where their recommendations were formulated.

In a statement  here today  Mr Peermohammad  said  that  the  members of the Shiromani Committee should visit such places once in a month and submit their monthly report to the Akal Takht and the SGPC President.

This can prevent the disrespect of Guru Granth Sahib.

He said that  it's a duty of SGPC members  to  check such places  where saroops of Guru  Granth  Sahib   was  placed .
it may be mentioned  that a video  was viral on social  media in which it was shows that  saroop of Guru  Granth  Sahib  was placed  on the  recommendation  of SGPC  member Mr Harjap Singh but  the the owner of  House  was out  of  country. satkaar  Committee  had  recovered the  bottles of  liquor  from  the room where the saroop  was  placed.
