PHILLAUR : The Bilga police have arrested a villager on the charge of brewing illicit country-made liquor.
The investigating officer Anwar Masih said that the accused has been identified as Gurdial Singh a resident of Burj Hassan village.
100 0 kilogram lahann(raw liquor) and utensils for brewing were recovered from his possession. A case under excise act has been registered against the accused.
