Three drug paddlers arrested under NDPS Act
PHAGWARA: The Subhan Pur police on Sunday organized a cordon and search operation in Buta village and arrested three criminals on the charge of selling heroin and illicit liquor.
PHAGWARA: The Subhan Pur police on Sunday organized a cordon and search operation in Buta village and arrested three criminals on the charge of selling heroin and illicit liquor.
Station House Officer (SHO) Hardeep Singh Mann Singh said that the accused had been identified as Surjit alias Bulla and Sukhjinder Singh and recovered 25 gas of heroin from their possession .
He said that police also arrested Onkar Singh alias Ghanti with 15 bottles of illicit liquor.
SHO said that 4 suspected vehicles and 9 mobile were also recovered during the search operations and cases under the NDPS Act and Excise Act have been registered against the accused
