Bihar native arrested with 3.5 kg opium
SHAHKOT: The Shahkot police have arrested a Bihar native drug peddler on the charge of selling opium.

The Station House Officer (SHO) Surindar Kumar Singh said that 3.5 kilograms opium were recovered from the possession of the accused identified as Shambu Mandal a resident of Bihar state
SHO said that a case under sections 18(B) /61/85 of the NDPS Act has been registered against the accused.
