MOHALI: Rayat Bahra University signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MoU) with HCL Technologies, a leading global technology company. This strategic collaboration aims to enhance academic excellence and provide students with valuable industry exposure, equipping them with the skills and knowledge necessary for successful careers in the technology sector.
As part of this partnership, HCL Technologies will offer global certification programs and digital badges to Rayat Bahra University students. These credentials are designed to recognize and validate students' expertise, giving them a competitive edge in the job market. Additionally, the collaboration includes internship opportunities, guest lectures, and industry projects, allowing students to gain hands-on experience and practical skills that are highly valued by employers.
Parul Choudhary, Director of Partner Success, and Swakshar Karmakar, Senior Account Manager from HCL Technologies, were present at the MoU signing ceremony. Their participation underscores the significance of this partnership in bridging the gap between academia and industry.
Chairman of Rayat Bahra Group Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Vice-Chairman of Rayat Bahra Group Gurinder singh bahra , Dr Satbir Singh Sehgal Vice-President of Rayat Bahra Group, Vice-Chancellor of Rayat Bahra University Dr Parvinder Singh and other distinguished faculty members besides Dr Sakshi Mehta, Director of the Alpha School, and guests were present on the occasion. Dr Dinesh Sharma, Registrar of Rayat Bahra University, signed the MoU on behalf of the RBU.
