MOHALI: Chandigarh Group of Colleges Jhanjeri took a significant step towards empowering its female students by organizing workshop aimed at fostering leadership, self-reliance, and personal growth. Over 500 female students and 100 staff members participated in the event, which was organized in collaboration with Right Side Story and supported by P&G India.
The workshop, titled Be Your Own Boss focused on confidence-building, grooming, and personality development. It was led by Aditi Solomon from Right Side Story in partnership with P&G India (brands such as Whisper, Venus, and Gillette), provided a comprehensive guide to personal effectiveness, grooming, and personality development. It included key insights into confidence-building, professional presentation, and essential life skills, equipping participants with the tools they need for both personal and professional success.
The management of CGC Jhanjeri expressed their satisfaction in hosting the workshop, which aligns with the institution's broader goal of fostering leadership and entrepreneurship among students. This workshop showcased CGC’s dedication to shaping future-ready women leaders who are well-prepared to navigate today’s competitive world.
