CHANDIGARH: Panjab University (PU), Chandigarh has announced admission schedule for MBA at University Business School (UBS).
The admission will be made on the basis of merit determined by the scores of candidates in Common Admission Test (CAT) 2024 conducted by IIMs, followed by group discussions and personal interview. All candidates aspiring to apply for MBA Programs at UBS must have taken the CAT 2024. The candidates are called for group discussions and personal interview based on their overall aggregate percentage score in CAT 2024. CAT score is given 85% weightage, while 7.5% each weightage is given to group discussion and personal interview.
There are 64 seats in MBA; 30 seats each in MBA HR and MBA IB; 25 seats each in MBA (Entrepreneurship) and MBA (Business Data Analytics). Online Registration for full time management programmes, MBA, MBA (International Business) and MBA (Human Resource), MBA (Entrepreneurship) and MBA (Business Data Analytics) for the session 2025-26 would start from December 4.
PU Spokesperson said that the eligible students can apply online at the UBS website http://ubsadmissions.puchd.ac.in from December 4, 2024 to February 3, 2025. Detailed instructions like Eligibility Criteria, Application Form, Online Registration of Application Schedule, fee and Handbook of Information would be available on the website, he added.
Last date of submission of information on the website to generate the login and password is February 3, 2025. Last date of submission of fee through online mode is February 6, 2025. Last date for uploading photograph, signature with rest of the information on the website after depositing fee is February 10, 2025. The last date for submission of hard copy of the application form along with the requisite documents to the office of UBS is February 24, 2025 upto 4.00 pm.
