MOHALI: The University School of Physiotherapy & Radiology, Rayat Bahra University hosted a poster making competition for radiology enthusiasts. The event aimed to provide a platform to the students to unleash their creativity and showcase their artistic brilliance in radiology through engaging and scientifically accurate posters.
The competition was open to students of the Medical Radiology, University School of Physiotherapy & Radiology (USPR).
The posters were evaluated based on creativity, relevance, presentation, and scientific accuracy. Prizes were awarded to winners in recognition of their efforts and creativity. The competition served as a motivation for students to develop their interest in radiology and enhance their presentation skills.
The winners of the poster competition have been announced, showcasing the creativity and dedication of the participants. Securing the 1st place, the team of 4th Semester students, Asmah Bashir, Nuzhat Bhat, Kaneez Bhat, Atif Manzoor, and Mustala, demonstrated outstanding innovation and presentation skills. The 2nd place was won by fourth semester student Priyanka for their impressive efforts. Meanwhile, the third place was claimed by another group of 2nd Semester students, including Parisha Bhardwaj, Shameena, Aditi, and Nivedita Thakur, whose work was highly commendable.
Chairperson Dr Lalit Gupta, Professor and Dean, USPR, Organising Secretary Mamta Panda, Assistant Professor, Co-Organising Secretary Varshdeep Kour, Assistant Professor, RBU), and Student Coordinators Lovepreet and Taranjeet Kaur (B.Sc. MRIT 4th Sem) worked hard to make the event a grand success.
