Suvidha Candidate App has been launched by the Election Commission, through which candidates can check the current status of their nomination.

The Suvidha portal caters to a diverse range of permission requests on a first-in-first-out principle in a transparent manner. It provides permission for organizing rallies, opening temporary party offices, door-to-door campaigning, video vans, helicopters, obtaining vehicle permits, distributing leaflets.
He informed that accessible through the Suvidha Portal (https://suvidha.eci.gov.in), political parties and candidates can submit online permission requests from anywhere, at any time. Additionally, the option to apply off-line is also available to ensure level playing field. The Suvidha app enables applicants to track the status of their requests in real time, bringing further convenience and transparency to the process. This app is available on iOS and Android platforms.
The DC said the facilitation platform only enhances the efficiency of the election process. With the Facilitation Platform, the Election Commission reaffirms its commitment to facilitate a fair, efficient and transparent electoral environment, where all political parties and candidates will have equal access to the necessary permissions and clearances.
