AMRITSAR: 'A' Zone Zonal Youth Festival of Amritsar district colleges affiliated to the Guru Nanak Dev University concluded in Dasmesh Auditorium of the University. In 'A' Division Khalsa College, Amritsar bagged the first position, Guru Nanak Dev University secured the second position and Khalsa College for Women, Amritsar was adjudged the third best team.
In ‘B’ division, Shahzada Nand College, Green Avenue, Amritsar secured the first position, Trai Shatabdi Guru Gobind Singh Khalsa College, Amritsar was second and SDSPM Mem College for Women, Rayya got third position in this festival.
This festival encompassed a wide range of competitions, including theater events, fine arts, and literary events, all of which brought out the exceptional skills and creativity of the participating colleges. Prof Ashwani Luthra, Director MMTTC & Director IQAC was the chief guest on this occasion. Prof. Luthra, Prof. Preet Mohinder Singh Bedi, Dean Students' Welfare, and Dr. Amandeep Singh, Incharge Youth Welfare, had the honor of presenting trophies to the winners.
