RBU to introduce more job-oriented courses this year

MOHALI: It has been an eventful year for the Rayat Bahra University. The University has introduced a number of new age courses in collaboration with top multinational companies to increase the employment potential of the students and is now planning to introduce more job-oriented courses.

Disclosing this to media persons here today, Gurvinder Singh Bahra, Chancellor of the Rayat Bahra University, said the University is set to introduce more job-oriented courses in 2025, designed to equip students with practical skills and enhance employability. Chairman Bahra emphasized that the university's focus will be on bridging the gap between academics and industry requirements through innovative curricula and strategic collaborations.

“Creating a future-ready workforce is our priority. By expanding our academic portfolio and providing more placement opportunities, we aim to empower students with the skills needed to excel in today’s dynamic environment, ” said Bahra.

Bahra said that the Rayat Bahra University is synonymous with quality education. The University has managed to create a brand name which stands for exceptional faculty strength and full-fledged infrastructure facilities.

Bahra said that the Rayat Bahra University being equipped with industry relevant skills, there has been an upswing in placements and students had been offered very attractive and lucrative pay packages.

Recalling some of the achievements of the Rayat Bahra Group of Institutions, Bahra, who is also Chairman of the RBGI, said that the Rayat Bahra University and Bahra University have made it to the list of the top-ranking universities of the country.
