SGPC Preident has expressed grave sorrow over the death of Kuldeep Singh retired judge of the Supreme Court.

AMRITSAR: Advocate Harjinder Singh Dhami, president of Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee has expressed grave sorrow over the death of retired judge of the Supreme Court and expressed his condolences to the family of Justice Kuldeep Singh and prayed to the waheguru to give the departed soul a home at His feet and give the family the strength to cope.

Advocate Dhami said that Justice Kuldeep Singh was an honest and compassionate human being, whose services as a judge of the Supreme Court will always be remembered.

He said that Kuldeep Singh delivered exemplary judgments in pollution and environment matters. Along with this, during the Sikh struggle, an investigation was also conducted into false police encounters. The death of Justice Kuldeep Singh is a great loss to the society and the family, which cannot be undone.

Nihang Singhs chief Jathedar Baba Balbir Singh Akali 96 Crore has also expressed grave sorrow over the death of retired judge of Supreme court Kuldeep Singh and said that Justice Kuldeep Singh has been committed to the principle of constitutionalism with dedicated spirit. He wrote many of his memorable landmark judgments to advance the goals of progressive social change and a dynamic constitution.
The passing away of Justice Kuldeep Singh is an irreparable loss to the legal fraternity and to his large group of admirers, well-wishers in various sectors of society.

Justice Kuldeep Singh will always be truly remembered for his service as a judge and for maintaining traditions. Baba Balbir Singh said that there has been a huge loss due to his passing away.

He was fondly remembered by heads of organizations of all walks of life with the title "King of Justice". The decisions written by him for justice at the legal level will be remembered as an example for the law.
