CHANDIGARH: The Shiromani Akali Dal today lambasted Bhagwant Mann led Aam Admi Party (AAP) government and said that its ‘Shukrana Yatra’ was nothing but a signal to people to tell them that power centre has shifted from Bhagwant Mann to Aman Arora who has been appointed new AAP Punjab President even as party said that AAP government has nothing to show on performance front during last three years.
In a statement released here today, SAD Chief Spokesman Advocate Arshdeep Singh Kler said that it was shocking to see that AAP government has zero performance during last three years on capital investment and law and order condition besides other issues being face by the state. He said that though AAP had won 92 seats during 2022 elections, but it failed miserably to perform for the welfare and development of the state.
He further said that AAP is celebrating by polls in Punjab whereas everyone knows that it’s advantage for ruling party during by polls and results of 30 years in Punjab were an proof of it. He said that AAP government led by Bhagwant Mann has miserably failed to take up development issues of Punjab and it has also failed to tackle law and order situation in the state.
Advocate Kler advised state government that instead of this mock celebration, AAP government should ponder over issues being faced by the state and should work for resolving them.
