CHANDIGARH: The Punjab Government has decided to extend the period of general transfers and postings of officers and employees by one more month in view of the COVID-19 pandemic.
Disclosing this here today, an official spokesperson of the Personnel Department said that the time limit for general transfers and postings of government officers/employees in the departments/institutions of Punjab was fixed between April 1 to April 30, 2021, which has now been extended to May 31, 2021.
