AMRITSAR: Giani Raghbir Singh Jathedar Akal Takht highest seat of Sikh religion has ordered Shiiromani Akali Dal leader Virsa Singh Valtoha to appear before Akal Takht on October 15 at 9 AM with the evidence regarding the allegations of pressure to take a decision against Sukhbir Singh Badal.
Giani Raghbir Singh , In the written order sent to Valtoha, it was also said that if he did not appear on time, it would be assumed that Mr Valtoha is trying to put pressure on the Jathedars.
Valtoha has alleged that RSS and BJP are pressurising Akal Takht Jathedar to expel Sukhbir Singh Badal from party president post. He said that Giani Raghbir Singh and Jathedar Harpreet Singh were under pressure of RSS and BJP.
Valtoha said that he had met Jathedar last week and he had admitted that they are under pressure from BJP and RSS to act against Sukhbir Badal. He said that he would appear before the Akal Takht on Oct. 15.
