International Conference organized at CGC Mohali

Discussion on new revolution in health and drug discovery under the banner of Biotech Vitalis-2025
MOHALI: The Biotech Vitalis-2025 International Conference was organized at Chandigarh Group of Colleges, Mohali Jhanjeri. The three-day conference focused on biotechnology, healthcare and drug discovery. Renowned scientists, researchers, industry experts and academic leaders from all over the world participated in it. In which new developments and innovations in the fields of biomedical research, molecular diagnostics, personalized medicine and biotechnology-based healthcare were discussed.

The conference included important lectures, technical sessions, and panel discussions, in which new research manifestations and technological developments were discussed. The special guests of the conference included Padma Shri awardee Prof. (Dr.) R.N.K. Bamzai, Jawaharlal Nehru University and Prof. (Dr.) Rajat Sandhir, Panjab University, who presented important ideas on genomic research, disease diagnosis, and biotech-based treatment. In the keynote speech, Prof. (Dr.) Bamzai gave complex information on precision medicine and genetics disease management, while Prof. (Dr.) Rajat Sandhir discussed the role of molecular diagnostics and personalized treatment. The conference also discussed topics like cancer research, nano-biotechnology, artificial intelligence, cardiovascular and renal biology, obesity prevention, and digital health care.

Along with this, renowned scientists Dr. Harmandeep Kaur from Canada, Dr. Mahendra Bishnoi, Dr. Sander B. Frank USA presented their views on targeted drug delivery, sustainable health care, and new developments in cancer treatment. A special feature of the conference was the poster and oral presentation sessions, in which young researchers presented their latest discoveries in biotechnology and health care. This important scientific event concluded with a colorful cultural program, in which traditional dances of different states of India were presented.
