CHANDIGARH: Regional Centre for Entrepreneurship Development (RCED) on behalf of the Khadi and Village Industries Commission (GOI) and in collaboration with DIC, Chandigarh, UT KVIB and PNB Lead Bank organized an Awareness Program on Prime Minister Employment Generation Program (PMEGP) at the Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 11, Chandigarh onWednesday.
The program began with an introductory address by Ms. Pragati Katoch, Faculty at RCED, who warmly welcomed the guests and the guests include Mr. Joginder Kumar Bhutani, Financial Literacy Counsellor at SBIs Regional Office, Chandigarh, Mr. Neeraj, Assistant, KVIC Chandigarh.
Joginder Kumar Bhutani, Financial Literacy Counsellor at SBIs Regional Office delivered an inspiring session, sharing valuable insights into entrepreneurship and exploring the vast job opportunities available in the market and about PMEGP Scheme and its benefits. The event concluded with a vote of thanks delivered by Ms. Pragati Katoch, acknowledging the efforts of the staff at Post Graduate Government College for Girls, Sector 11, Chandigarh,
including Dr. Naveen Pandhi, Assistant Professor, for their cooperation in organizing the program and over 100 students have participated in this program.
The event served as an excellent platform to educate and inspire the participants, fostering entrepreneurial spirit and empowering them with the knowledge to take advantage of the PMEGP scheme.
