AMRITSAR: The Shiromani Committee player Harshdeep Singh, who was selected for the Indian sub-junior hockey camp being organized by Hockey India at Roarkila, was honored by the Shiromani Committee officials by giving him a hockey kit.
It is to be noted that five players from Punjab have been selected for the Indian sub-junior hockey camp being organized by Hockey India, including Shiromani Committee player Harshdeep Singh along with Prabhjot Singh, Manmeet Singh Roy players Harjit Kaur and Sharanjit Kaur.
Giving information in this regard, Secretary of the Shiromani Committee. Pratap Singh said that Shiromani Committee motivates children for sports as well as studies.
He said that hundreds of children are receiving training from renowned coaches in the hockey academy run by the Shiromani Committee. He said that it is a matter of happiness that Arshdeep Singh, a student belonging to the Shiromani Committee's hockey academy, has been selected for the country level camp. He expressed hope that this player will shine the name of the organization through his good performance.
