KAITHAL: A 17-year-old son allegedly beaten to death his mother in the nearby Sirta village Later, the body was hung on the ceiling to show it a case of suicide. After doing this, he called his maternal uncle and told him that he has killed his mother. In this regard, the brother of the deceased woman has complained to Sadar police station. The police have registered a case against the accused boy on the basis of the complaint.
Vinod Kumar, a resident of village Dohar, told in a complaint at Sadar police station that his sister Murthy Devi is married to Kuldeep in village Sirta. Kuldeep drives a truck. He has a 17 -year -old son Rohit who is out of control and is addicted to drugs. Rohit asks for money from his mother to get intoxicated.
His sister did not give money to her son Rohit, so Rohit threatened my sister Murthy Devi. On April 27, at around 7 pm, Rohit called to the complainant that he would kill his mother. During that time, the sounds of screaming were heard on the phone. Then at 7.30 pm, the boy again called to inform his maternal uncle, I have killed your sister, take her away. When he rushed to village Sirta with his family, he saw that his sister Murthy Devi was lying dead on the bed. There were rope marks on her neck and a lot of injuries on the body. The complainant said that the accused beat up his mother and strangled her to kill her mother for not giving money for drugs.
Sadar police station SHO Mukesh Kumar said that the police team reached the spot as soon as the incident was reported. The police have registered a case against the accused on the statement of the deceased's brother. The case is being investigated. Further action will be taken on the basis of investigation.
