AMRITSAR: The former Ambassador of India to America Mr. Taranjit Singh Sandhu paid special obeisance at Gurdarshan Gurdarshan Prakash Mehta Chowk, the headquarters of Damdami Taksal Jatha Bhindran.
After paying obeisance at the Gurdwara Sahib, he had a long discussion on the social, economic, religious and political issues of Punjab with Sant Giani Harnam Singh Khalsa head of Damdami Taksal President Sant Samaj and also refreshed his family's old memories with Damdami Taksal.
Sandhu appreciated the services rendered by Damdami Taksal in the religious, social and educational fields and offered his support in every way. Sant Giani Harnam Singh also praised the progress of Punjab and agriculture, employment opportunities and industrialization for the youth.
