SGPC President Bibi Jagir Kaur dismissed four employees of Gurdwara Gangsar

AMRITSAR: Shiromani Gurdwara Parbandhak Committee (SGPC) President Bibi Jagir Kaur immediately dismissed four employees of Gurdwara Gangsar Sahib Jaito in Faridkot district on charges of violating service rules and defaming the management of Guru Ghar. Has taken a tough decision.

According to the report of Navtej Singh Kauni and the Flying Department of the Shiromani Committee, this action has been taken.

Bibi Jagir Kaur said that any negligence in the management of Gurdwaras and misconduct of the employees could not be tolerated.

He said that the employees of Gurdwara Sri Gangsar Sahib Jaito who had defamed the management of Gurdwara Sahib by violating the religious code of conduct, have been immediately sacked.

He said that a case has been registered against the accused employees by the SGPC at Jaito police station and at the same time many of the remaining employees have also been transferred.

He said that the responsibility of the people coming under the management of Gurdwara was even greater than that of the common man, due to which the SGPC would not tolerate any negligence and unethical action.

He reprimanded the employees working under the management of the Shiromani Committee and asked them to perform their duties within the ambit of Gurudwaras and Sikh principles. If any employee defames the Gurdwara management, similarly strict action will be taken against him.
