AMRITSAR: Baba Harnam Singh head of Damdami Taksal president of Sant Samaj Stressing on the need to ban the emigration of Sikh youth from Punjab, he appealed to the Sikhs living abroad to invest in Punjab.
Sant Giani Harnam Singh Khalsa while assressing the Sikh sangat in all religious Congregation at Sachkhand Hazoor Sahib on the occasion of Hola Mohalla as a symbol of uniqueness of Khalsa.
Elaborating on the importance of Hola Mohalla, he said that Sri Guru Gobind Singh Ji 10th Guru of Sikhs had changed the old tradition of Holi and blessed Hola Mohalla as a symbol of Chardikala which gives new and constructive direction to the Sikhs.
On this occasion Sant Baba Harnam Singh Khalsa warned the anti-Panth forces who were waiting in line to spread peace in the Sikh Panth and society by dividing the Sikh Panth. Unnecessary doubts are being raised about the established original traditions, Gurmat Sidhant, Gur Itihas and important events of Sikh history and Gur Asthans.
He also appealed to the Sikh Sangat to give a stern response to the mischievous elements who were trying to disrespect the principles of the Sikh community by creating new controversy on a daily basis through awkward attacks.
Highlighting the history of Hola Mohalla, the head of Damdami said that through Hola Mohalla at Sri Anandpur Sahib, the manifestation of Khalsa Panth, Dasam Patshah, Sahib-e-Kamali, Sarbansdani Guru Gobind Singh Ji gave new impetus to Indian people and Creating a spirit of sacrifice, Hola Mahalla was started in 1700 AD by reviving the traditional festival of Holi to fight against the tyrannical and tyrannical government of the time. Guru Sahib used to conduct martial arts competitions in two mansui divisions of the Khalsa forces and those who performed well were honored.
He said that this tradition started by Guru Sahib sends a message to the Khalsa Panth to be always fighting and ready.
