FEROZEPUR: Punjab Governor Banwari Lal Parohit on Tuesday paid floral tributes at the Samadhi of Shaheed Bhagat Singh, Rajguru and Sukhdev at Hussainiwala Shaheed Memorial here today.
Accompanying him on the occasion was IG. Inderbir Singh and Deputy Commissioner Davinder Singh were also specially present.
Earlier, he met Army officials at the Border Security Force headquarters. After paying floral tributes at the Shaheed Memorial at Hussainiwala, he wrote his thoughts on the visitor's book, remembering the sacrifices made by the martyrs.
Apart from SSP Harmandeep Singh Hans, DIG BSF Surinder Mehta, officers of other departments were also present on the occasion.
